If ever arrested for driving under the influence of any intoxicants (DUI), your license is immediately revoked. If you disagree with the situation to take away your driver's license, you can always go to court and have the case reviewed. When you do get your license taken away, you are supposed to go to a hearing at the DMV. Going to court is not necessary unless you encounter problems at the DMV. Being arrested for DUI is an extremely serious offense and one that should never be taken lightly no matter who you are.
