  • Third DUI Offense: Felony charges, 90 days to one year imprisonment, fined a minimum of $2,500 plus court costs, probation, and evaluation fees, completion of a court ordered treatment program for alcohol and drug abuse (at the offender's expense), driving privileges suspended for one year (after the one year is up, the offender may only drive a vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock system), vehicle may be impounded for up to one year.
