I was arrested for a DUI in San Diego, California. What can I expect?

  • License suspension/revocation (after 18 months, the suspension/revocation may be converted to a restricted license)
  • A probation period for three to five years
  • Fines from $390 to $1000
  • A court-mandated alcohol education program for 30 months
