‘Burn Notice’ Star Arrested for DUI

Jeffrey Donavan, the star of the popular spy television show, “Burn Notice,” was arrested in Miami on July 12. He was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into the police station, but was released. His representatives have not yet released a statement about the offense.
The 41-year-old actor shared the silver screen with Angelina Jolie in last year’s hit movie, “The Changeling.”
Donavan is just one of the many Hollywood stars that is arrested for a DUI every week. Many believe that their “star status” will keep them from having to serve jail time or pay hefty fines for their offenses. However, police stations in Hollywood, New York and Miami treat big screen heroes like average Joes when it comes to drinking and driving.
