11 Year Old Girl Pulled Over for Speeding Faces DUI Charge
In Orange Beach, AL, an 11 year old girl was pulled over by police after taking them on a chase that reached speeds up to 100 miles per hour. The chase lasted about 8 miles and ended after the girl rolled the car.
The girl, who sustained minor injuries, is being charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, reckless endangerment, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Though there was no alcohol found in the car, her hospital blood tests show that her blood alcohol content was .02%, which is the legal limit for minors.
She told police that she was picking up her sister from a concert.
