- Third Conviction within 10 Years: Mandatory 30 days in prison along with up to $5,000 in fines (unless BAC exceeds .20%, fines increase to at least $2,000
- Fourth Conviction: At least $1,000 in fines (unless BAC exceeds .20%, then fines increase to at least $2,000), up to 5 years in prison
